Laura Linney
Laura Linney, born February 5, 1964 in New York, U.S.A. She is an American actor who has a reputation for playing powerful, but fragile character. Linney was raised in the theatre of her family, with her father Romulus Linney was a playwright. She graduated in 1986 from Brown University in 1986 and further studied at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow and then graduated from the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City was her initial destination in 1990. In the year 1990, she began her career in shows on Broadway before receiving acclaim for her roles on stage in Six Degrees of Separation and Hedda Gabler.
